"Everyone loved the Gelato!! And of course, Jackie was super friendly and very nice!! We loved the fact that the cups were already premade. And she let us take home the remaining cups. Someone people went back 3 and 4 times. My favorite was Coconut, although I didn't try and others. My husband loved the strawberry, and some said the Espresso was amazing."

"The crew was awesome to work with From start to finish! Our staff loved the food! Unfortunately I have celiac so I wasn't able to choose a sandwich, but Joe offered to make me a gluten free Caprese salad, and that also was amazing. Super nice staff and friendly and seemed to enjoy their jobs. Definitely will use again in the future."

"Happened to see the Saucy Joe's truck and decided to stop and get a sandwich. Greatest food decision! The bread was flavorful with a crunchy outside and soft inside. The meats, cheeses and pickles were delectable. We will be looking out for them again, sooooo good!"

"This was my very first Food Truck experience of any kind. I must be honest when I say his food was FABULOUS. I had the Capri Panini and it was so good. Thick slices of tomatoes and mozzarella, and balsamic glaze with pesto. They were quick to get hot food made for those who waited out in the cold. Although I know business can be slow in the winter months, his food truck appearing at the Southfield Town Center was welcomed and just! what the tenants wanted. And as word gets out about how delish the food was, it will only grow from here. Thank you Joe for coming out, I hope you had a good experience with us. I dont know if you would want to come again during the winter months, but I certainly hope you come for the spring. your food was so good, the office could not stop talking about it. I have even more ideas for the future! Thank you again for warming us by filling our bellies with delicious Italian Food."

"I went to the Eastern Market for the Mural Event. I got something from another truck and my friend got the Ravioli from your truck. You were pretty much shutting down but were gracious enough to prepare her meal. Her Ravioli and sauce was amazingly good. Best I've ever had. I crave it now and got on today to find you but there is no posting of where you are, so ask please oh please oh please keep me updated so I can get my fix of Ravioli and Sauce and try everything on your menu! Where can I buy that sauce??? Thanks for all your hard work, your amazing food and the happiness you gave my friend and I by cooking your last meal for us.
